It has come to our attention that you have published unlicensed photographs on your blog on occasions listed as 13, 14, 17 November 2010.. As you have failed to seek permission or a licence from us to do so, your conduct described above constitutes infringement of our rights of copyright.
To rectify this infringement of our rights, we require that you undertake to:
1. immediately stop infringing our copyright;
2. remove all unlicensed photographic images of our work to date;
You can confirm your acceptance of these undertakings by return of this email within 7 days.
You are now on notice as to our copyright in respect of the Work. If we do not receive an adequate response within 7 days of this letter, we will take such action as we may be advised in order to protect our rights including, without limitation, legal action for injunctive relief or to recover damages without further notice to you.
We otherwise reserve all our rights.
